For instance, we addressed the supply difficulty of Pine Nut Oil standardized to 65% Pinolenic Acid. Since commercially available pine nut oil typically contains only about 10% pinolenic acid, we collaborated closely with domestic experts in active fatty acids and multiple manufacturers. Through in-depth technical discussions, we successfully developed a purification process, optimized cost control, established safety stock, and secured backup suppliers, ultimately delivering a stable supply of this exclusive star ingredient to our client.
We also tackled the supply issue of mucilage from Slippery Elm Inner Bark Extract. Commercial extracts were typically standard ratio products often diluted with excessive maltodextrin as filler, severely reducing active content. Moreover, no supplier specified mucilage content or offered validated testing methods. By thoroughly researching the structure and properties of the target compound and drawing on deep industry expertise, we developed an effective method to quantify mucilage in slippery elm bark extract. Through custom processing, we exclusively provided the client with an extract containing 25% mucilage.
